Inside a Full Lal Kitab Analysis

A complete Lal Kitab analysis takes a chart that lists which of the twelve fixed houses each of the nine grahas occupies, then runs it through five layered diagnostics built specifically for the Roop Chand Joshi tradition: planetary states (asleep, awake, andha or blind, masnooi or artificially produced, scapegoat), the rin or karmic-debt profile, the Kayam (permanent) houses, the Dharmi-Dharma chain that maps duty inheritance, and the longevity-and-rajayoga reading.

The rin section is usually the most directly useful. The engine scans for pitri rin (paternal-line debt), matri rin, stri rin (debt to a wronged woman), brother-in-law rin, family-curse rin and several others. Each detected rin comes with its specific Lal Kitab indicator (the planetary configuration that triggered it), a list of life-symptoms the tradition associates with it, and the clearing signs that confirm the upay is working. Severity is reported on a 0-10 scale so you can prioritise.

The blind-planet (andha grah), masnooi-grah and scapegoat sections diagnose how a planet is actually behaving in this Teva. A graha may be physically present in a house yet "blind" — meaning it does not deliver its house results because of a tradition-specific cancellation. A masnooi planet, on the other hand, mimics a graha that is sitting elsewhere. These distinctions matter because the upay is selected by the planet's functional state, not just its house.

Source — The Roop Chand Joshi Tradition

Every diagnostic shown in the report corresponds to a numbered rule in the canonical Lal Kitab tradition compiled by Pandit Roop Chand Joshi. The rin classifications come from the teachings on family debts; the dharmi-dharma analysis from the principles of duty-inheritance; and the upay protocol (sequence, duration, contraindications) is taken from the dedicated guidance on remedy administration. Modern interpolations are not used — when the original tradition is silent on a configuration, the engine reports "no specific upay" rather than guessing.

Frequently Asked Questions

My report says I have three rin — should I do all three upay together?

No. Lal Kitab insists on sequential upay: clear the most severe rin first, complete its full duration (usually 43 days), then move to the next. Doing parallel upay on multiple rin is considered counter-productive in this tradition because the planetary energy gets divided. The report orders rin by severity score so you know which to tackle first.

What does "Kayam" mean and why is it shown separately?

Kayam (permanent) houses are houses that, in your specific Teva, function as if locked into a permanent pattern — they keep delivering similar results regardless of the active planetary period. They tell you which life-areas are structurally fixed (for better or worse) and which are still pliable, and that influences whether you should attempt upay or focus instead on acceptance and right conduct.

How is "Dharmi" different from "Dharma" in the report?

Dharmi marks the duty-bearer planet — the graha currently carrying responsibility in your chart. Dharma marks the duty itself — the area of life where that responsibility plays out. Together they tell you what role you have inherited from family karma and where it must be discharged for the chart to settle.

The blind-planet section flagged my Sun — is that bad?

Andha (blind) means the Sun is not delivering its expected house effects in this Teva. It is neither inherently good nor bad — but it does mean the corresponding life-area (father, authority, recognition) will not respond to ordinary upay. The tradition prescribes a specific "vision-restoring" upay for blind planets which the engine includes if the configuration matches.
